End-User License Agreement — Inventario Equipamos

This agreement governs use of Inventario Equipamos ("the App"), a private application operated by Equipamos LLC ("we", "us") for its own internal business use.

1. License

We grant authorized employees of Equipamos LLC a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for the company's internal inventory and accounting operations. The App is not offered to the public.

2. QuickBooks integration

The App connects to our own QuickBooks Online company through Intuit's API only after an administrator authorizes it. Through that connection the App updates the description and sales price of existing items. The App does not change item costs or quantities, and it does not create or delete records. You may disconnect the integration at any time.

3. Your responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Review the changes shown in the App before applying them to QuickBooks.
• Use the App only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with Intuit's terms for QuickBooks Online.

4. Data

How information is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer of warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Users remain responsible for verifying the accuracy of their accounting records.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Equipamos LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

7. Changes and termination

We may change or end access to the App at any time. Access ends automatically when a person stops working for Equipamos LLC.
